Quotes may expire after the stated quote period.

A quote does not become an order until accepted by the customer and approved by Spokane Print Center.

Orders and Payments

Orders are considered approved when:

The customer accepts the quote or places an order
Required artwork and information are provided
Payment requirements are satisfied

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before approval, including:

Product selections
Sizes
Colors
Quantities
Artwork
Spelling
Contact information

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Payment may be required before production begins unless other arrangements have been approved.

Artwork and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, images, trademarks, or designs submitted to Spokane Print Center.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

You own the artwork, or
You have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.

The customer agrees to protect and hold Spokane Print Center harmless from claims related to customer-provided artwork.

Spokane Print Center may refuse to produce artwork that we believe may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs before production.

Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of:

Design layout
Colors
Text
Placement
Spelling
Overall appearance

Spokane Print Center is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Production Variations

Due to differences in materials, printing methods, screens, fabrics, and production processes:

Minor color variations may occur
Product appearance may vary slightly from digital previews
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon

Minor variations are considered acceptable within normal industry standards.

Customer Communication

By providing contact information, you agree that Spokane Print Center may contact you regarding your orders and requested services.

Proof approvals
