Dye sublimation is a printing method in which three elements are required to make a colorful print: time, pressure and temperature. We print special heat transfers using dye sub ink that releases and bonds onto the substrate under the correct temperature and pressure settings. This decoration method works with 100% polyester garments or polymer-coated products specifically made for dye sublimation printing. The inks are transparent and since white ink is not printed, its best to use a white or light-colored item.
